Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate and 48–72 hours to update after shipment.
Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in China and delivered to U.S. customers via international logistics partners and local carriers (such as FedEx or UPS).
Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, excluding processing time and customs clearance.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. All returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us at service@dzshelf.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending any item back.
Return shipping instructions and the correct return address will be provided after approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
